I used to pass this Japanese print by artist Hajime Namiki, on Fillmore street, it was in the T.Z. Shiota Gallery window. Last week, I called them to purchase some pieces for a client and heard the sad news that the owner is retiring and they are closing after 30 years.

I know I'm months late to this post but I had to comment because I hadn't realized TZ Shiota was closing. So sad! I actually have the almost identical print - same image, same colors, just a slightly taller tree. It was a birthday present from my husband about 6 years ago and I absolutely love it. It truly is stunning.
